++ Booking Services
All services currently offered can be booked using the online calendar. A $20 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking and is credited to the overall service total cost.
++ Reschedule/Cancellation
If a cancellation is needed, I ask for at least 48 hours (2 days) notice so that other folks can book the appointment time. If you would like to reschedule, you may do so up to 48 hours before using the online booking site. If you need to reschedule within the 48 hour range, please contact me directly. NOTE: Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise an emergency for cancellation.
++ Add- On Services and Hair Health Form
There are several add-on services you can select to you add to your appointment. This includes but is not limited to travel to your location and the option to include hair. Please select all add-on services before confirming your appointment so I can be fully prepared to service you at the time of your appointment in the way that best honors you. If you choose to add services after booking, please reach out to me directly.
The hair health form is an opportunity for me to get acquainted with your hair and scalp prior to your appointment. The information allows me to cater products and strategies used based on the needs of your hair and scalp. It is recommended to complete the form in detail the first time and view this form as aa space to give updates upon future bookings.
